The spring on our garage door broke on a Friday afternoon. He was able to get to us a few hours later. The cost and work were great! He even explained things to look for on the garage door to catch in order to minimize the cost of a repair. Highly recommend!
Michael was great to work with! Very responsive to phone calls, answered all my questions. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job! He did everything he promised to do!
My garage door came off the track and hit the garage floor. I called Michel and he was able to come out within the hour. He was very knowledgeable, let me know why it happened and what needed to be repaired / replaced. He quickly fixed it and got it working again for a VERY REASONABLE price! Highly recommend!

I can't recommend Macomb Door Services enough! Their pricing is incredibly reasonable, and I like the quality of work Mike did both times I used their services. When I had a minor issue the second time, Mike took a look at it without charging me, which was really nice when compared to other garage door companies. Michael came in for a garage tune up. He did an excellent job. Identified potential issues and gave me a great deal. He is very friendly and punctual. I will definitely be asking for his help for any future repairs.

Michael did a fantastic job installing two garage doors for me. Quality of work was excellent and professionally done. He also finished the work when he said he would. Working with Micheal was a pleasure. Several months later I had a problem with the opener. He responded immediately, ordered the replacement parts and repaired as soon as I received my parts. We found out about Michael and his company (Garage Door Specialists GDS LLC) through valpak coupon. Michael is very professional and gave us garage door replacement quote that no other company could beat. He was in no rush and answered all our questions. We placed the order and in less than 2 weeks he replaced our old garage door with a brand new one. His work is efficient and clean. I would highly recommend GDS LLC for garage door related issues.

I called GDS to make an appointment for a garage door adjustment. Much to my surprise, I received same day service. The service tech, Michael, was courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing and gave me tips on how to "do it myself" for future reference. When the service call was completed the bill was presented, it was the exact amount as quoted on the phone. I will be calling GDS for future garage door problems or upgrades. I would highly recommend GDS for any garage door service you might need.

Michael and his company helped us replace our old, out of date garage door and opener. He came the same day I called for a quote, was kind and efficient, and honestly his pricing was better than any other place we called! We now have a lovely, quality garage door and a new opener and I can't be more thrilled. He had the door in less than 3 weeks and the installation only took an afternoon. I cannot stress how efficient GDS was. My motor stopped working and within a day Michael came to the rescue. He installed a brand new motor with a camera that allows us to know when and whom is in the garage or if the garage door is/was kept open unknowingly. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable about garage services.
Michael fixed my door same day even when he had a full day of jobs. He made sure to upgrade my broken springs to accommodate the additional weight of my DYI insulation job, something my last repair guy didn’t do. He checked over my entire door and replaced only what was needed and showed me the worn out parts going me the opportunity to decide what I wanted him to replace. He finished up replacing some worn rollers free of charge and making sure my power opener functioned properly. Nice guy personable professional and a pleasure to work with. Michael changed my garage door and he was great! His attention to detail and explanation of everything, I knew I made the right decision. He explained the quality of the doors and why which door was best for me. He knows from experience what works and what doesn't, he is a professional both in explaining the product instillation. There're so many scams out there nowadays that I'm always a little anxious when it comes to hiring people I haven't worked with previously. I am SO GLAD I found these guys because they're *exactly* what I expect from a reputable company: honesty, fairness and professionalism. The tech I dealt with, Michel (Michael), explained the problem, potential solutions, and gave candid advice wrt certain brands and options for a repair. The price on the equipment was more than fair (cheaper than I'd be able to get it for) as well as the charge for installation, which didn't didn't change when the job turned out to be more involved and took a bit longer to complete. The install was neat and articulate, and I was thoroughly briefed on the operation and nuances of the new equipment. All in all, I'm completely satisfied with the job GDS did and I wouldn't hesitate a moment to do business with them again. Thank you.

I had a new Amarr door and Liftmaster opener installed. Michael was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had about the door and maintenance that I would do myself. The old door removal and new install was done in just 3.5 hours. I would highly recommend GDS to anyone that was needing a new door or repair for there current door or opener.

I called Macomb Door Services for a broken spring at 8am and Michael arrived the same day within a few hours. He replaced both springs with the proper size and replaced a few broken brackets. The 30 year old door rolls up and down without the opener BETTER than when it was new. GREAT JOB, GREAT PRICE !!! They have my full recommendation !!!
If I could give 20 stars I would...had some garage door issues with shaking and ticking..called GDS llc and Michael came out within just a few hours...repaired all isssues..great job..door is like new..I can't say enough about Michael...what a nice man..polite..and really knows his craft...highly recommend..no need to look for another garage door service..Michael and GDS is top of the line...!!!!!
